I had all of the plumbing in my house backing up through the drains. From the very beginning, they were prompt, friendly, professional, and fairly priced. Gabe was the plumber who came out to help me, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He patiently listened while I explained everything that was happening, then took the time to explain what he believed was causing the problem and what he was going to do to fix it. He got right to work and was able to resolve the issue. Everything is back to normal—the drains are flowing properly and the water is running as it should. Gabe was knowledgeable, respectful, and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.        I would recommend Total Plumbing First visit was Rami Who was very friendly and professional he worked hard and spent the day trying to unclog the drain. we realized it was up on the street so believing we needed to call city for repairs after finding the location I paid him the service call fee for all his hard work. WE found out city would not repair and call him back out to finish the job. He sent out 2 men who the finished the job a day later. The gentlemen sent out were both friendly and professional I apologize for not remembering their names. After dealing with 3 members of this company and have my repairs made, I can say I am happy with their service and will be using them in the future

     They were sent to my home to repair a ceiling fan that that had stopped working. They found the motor had burned out, charged me for the service call and then informed my insurance company that the problem was my wiring and that I need to have my house rewired. That was a total lie. They did not look at my panel at all, all they did was to verify that there was live power to the fan motor and lighting. I have spent over 40 years of construction and have dealt with hundreds of contractors. I would not let these people change a light bulb. I intend to file a complaint with the CSLB. No company with a moral compass that is this devious should be allowed to own a license.

     My project started as a DIY replacement of a wall switch. But after I realized that I couldn't finish the wire management, I called a professional. Rami came out quickly and assessed the situation. He quoted a good price and finished the job really fast. He took over the wiring mess I started and figured it all out. Now, both switches work, and the dimmer dims magnificently.
